SHIPPING AND RETURNS
ACTION CHUTES, INC. RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
We use UPS (United Parcel Services) for all our shipping and the currency of transactions is in US dollars. Our orders typically take 1 week on parts and 3 weeks on doors to ship from our warehouse, and for custom orders expect at least 5 to 6 weeks for orders to ship out of our warehouse. If you need quicker shipping, kindly call us to speed up the delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
Please contact us to arrange for either a refund or an exchange prior to returning any items. No returns, exchanges or damaged items will be accepted without a Return Authorization number from Action Chutes, Inc. The number should be clearly marked on the outside of the box or the shipping label. To obtain a Return Authorization number, please contact us by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at (845) 225-4507. All returns, exchanges, and damages are subject to a 30% restocking fee at our discretion. You will also be responsible for the shipping costs back to us.
We offer a return policy from the date we ship your order for defects only within 30 days, and a 7 day return on pistons. We regret shipping charges are non-refundable. In order to process your return, we will need your original credit card number and expiration date.
Products returned must be in resalable condition without damage or alteration. Please return items in original packaging whenever possible. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with your Return Authorization number, name, phone number and a copy of the order form in order for Action Chute to process your exchange or refund.
Exchanges for a different product will be billed shipping charges. We will process your exchange upon receiving the returned product. However, if you wish to expedite your exchange, first make arrangements with us for the item(s) you wish to return and then place a new order for the new item(s) you would like to receive. We will bill and ship your new item(s) as soon as possible and then process your return upon receiving and inspecting your item.
Products returned damaged due to improper packing may be denied replacement and or refund.
Any item that is deemed DEFECTIVE may be returned for a replacement within 30 days. Physically damaged items due to improper installation or irregular usage are not returnable for any reason.
Order errors that are the fault of Action Chute will be replaced at our cost.
If a product has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately as it may be necessary for the shipper to inspect it for insurance claims reasons. Damaged items will be replaced with the same item, but we may require the damaged item be returned prior to exchange.
Information that is gathered from visitors and in common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor's IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit.
Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website.
Where registration is required, the visitor's email and a username will be stored on the server.
